What does BuchhaltIQ not handle itself?
Tax returns, ELSTER submissions and full payroll processing are not created directly in BuchhaltIQ. The app prepares the ongoing working view for further processing by the tax advisory firm.

No. BuchhaltIQ is intended to simplify collaboration, not replace tax advice. The business maintains a traceable ongoing view while the tax firm receives structured data for further processing.
How does BuchhaltIQ work with DATEV?
Depending on how it is used, BuchhaltIQ supports connected DATEV data services and exchange processes. Approved data is provided for further processing while DATEV remains the tax firm's target system. Explore collaboration with the tax advisory firm
How is data protected?
A data processing agreement is available for commissioned processing. Authentication, roles and permissions, encrypted data transmission, and backup and recovery processes are documented, among other measures. Does the feature set vary by billing term?
No. Banking, receipts, the cash book, invoices, personnel administration, month-end close and DATEV are included with every term. You only choose between monthly, six-month and annual terms. View all prices
How are the billing terms charged?

How do I log in to the customer account?
Login does not require a password. Enter your email address and then confirm the code BuchhaltIQ sends to that address. You will then reach your account overview. Open the customer account
What happens after cancellation?
Your access remains active until the end of the term you have already paid for. The subscription will not renew after that. Cancellation can be managed in the customer account.
